Both our garden center managers and our senior buyer started as cashiers and seasonal yard help.  Most of our landscape foremen have been with us for more than 18 years, all starting on the crews. I, myself, was a seasonal cashier in the spring of 1992.  Today, I am proud to be the Vice President of Operations for this community-focused business.   We aren’t just ‘selling stuff’ – we are a team of talented and knowledgeable people dedicated to solving our customer’s problems and making the yards and gardens of the Western suburbs more beautiful. Garden Center Sales
This position is responsible for assisting customers in the selection of plant and landscape materials. Full- and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. The wage/rate for this seasonal position will be based on experience.

Garden Center Cashier
Our cashier position is responsible for ringing up purchases for customers in the garden center. Full- and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. The wage/rate for this seasonal position will be based on experience.

Plant & Yard Maintenance
This is the perfect position for an individual interested in caring for plants on a daily basis. Full- and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. The wage/rate for this seasonal position will be based on experience.

Landscape Foreman
We're always looking for experienced landscape foremen. If hired, you would be supervising crews in the installation of residential landscape projects—primarily residential. The wage/rate for this seasonal position will be based on experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Landscape Installer
This work consists of assisting in the installation of landscape projects. No experience is necessary, but it is helpful. Regular pay raises are based on level of work performed and attendance. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
